Cleber Luciano Jiu-Jitsu is proud to announce the fourteen Annual COPA PACIFICA (Pacific Cup) Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Tournament. This prestigious international event will feature athletes from all across the country and the world battling for the precious cup. The competition will take place on March 12th and 13th, 2011 at La Quinta High School in Westminster, California. All belt levels and age groups are invited to compete. The top two competitors in each division will receive awards and the top school will win the “Copa Pacifica” to proudly display on their award shelf.

Competition will begin 10:00am on Saturday and Sunday. In addition to awards, all competitors the weight in on Friday will get a free T-shirt Whether you are competing or watching, we look forward to seeing you there!!

It is with Great honor that I bring to you the fourth Gracie US Nationals at The Los Angeles Fitness Expo.

Our association with the LA Fitness Expo and their 20,000+ attendees has helped make the Gracie US Nationals one of the premier tournaments for competitors and major sponsors.

Being around jiu-jitsu my entire life, I have always been fascinated by the benefits that come from competitions. Watching practitioners from hundreds of different schools test their skills against one another and use their experience, win or lose, is an inspirational experience to be a part of.

My goal is to present a highly professional event that provides each participant with a hassle free and competitive learning experience: more happiness, less stress is our motto.

We are very excited to be hosting this event again and look forward to having all the dedicated jiu-jitsu practitioners from California and the surrounding states, benefit from this one of a kind event.

The staff here at TotalMMA Studios would like to advise our members of the schedule change due to the upcoming holiday weekend. On both Friday the 24th and Saturday the 25th we will be closed with regular classes to resume on Monday the 27th.

The coaches from both Brazilian Top Team Orange County and Long Beach Brazilian Top Team would like to announce that we will begin weekly cross training with both teams this coming weekend to prepare for the 2011 tournament circuit.

Starting Friday the 17th the team from Long Beach BTT with be joining us here at our gym for the 6:30 p.m. competition class training, and on Saturdays we will be heading out to their location in Long Beach California for a 11:00 a.m. training session.

Please make sure to join us weekly for these important training sessions as the whole Brazilian Top Team family looks forward to performing well in 2011.
