Payfitnessforward talks training schedules!!!

How To Set Up a Training Schedule.

It’s important to set a weight training schedule in a way where the body parts are not being trained almost back to back. For example if you train chest on Monday and try to hit triceps on Tuesday you will find it very difficult to train at your best. The push motion for chest fatigues the triceps which is the secondary working muscle. So be sure you split it up correctly for best results.

Example Training Schedule

Monday: Back
Tuesday: Chest/Triceps
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Shoulders/Abs
Friday: Biceps
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest

**add in your cardio based on your goals, weight loss, muscle gain, endurance? I don’t like suggesting how much cardio you should be doing unless I know what your goals are.**

MMAJunkie reports Palhares replaces Cane at UFC 150!!!

Palhares looks to rebound from a disappointing loss to Alan Belcher at May’s UFC on FOX 3 event. “Toquinho” saw a three-fight win streak snapped when Belcher shucked off Palhares’ signature leglock attacks and earned a first-round TKO in impressive ground-and-pound fashion.

Meanwhile, Okami looks to snap a two-fight skid after dropping back-to-back outings against Tim Boetsch and Anderson Silva. While Okami never was a threat in the title fight with Silva, he was leading comfortably on the cards over Boetsch when “The Barbarian” launched a furious third-round come-from-behind assault.
