BTT is happy to announce that our founder and head coach Mestre Murilo Bustamante will be returning to the cage next month on the Amazon Forest Combat 2’s fight card to be held in Manaus Amazonas, Brazil. Standing opposite of him in the cage that evening will be the man who he beat to become the first Brazilian to ever win the UFC middleweight title, Dave Menne (45-16-12).
It has been 10 years since the 2 have met and in their first meeting Bustamante was able to overcome the American with punches scoring a TKO victory in just over 1 round of action, and while Menne will be looking for redemption Bustamante remains confident he can capture the win again that evening.
We all wish our Mestre the best of luck in his training and we all look forward to seeing him bring home the victory that night!
