The coaches from both Brazilian Top Team Orange County and Long Beach Brazilian Top Team would like to announce that we will begin weekly cross training with both teams this coming weekend to prepare for the 2011 tournament circuit.
Starting Friday the 17th the team from Long Beach BTT with be joining us here at our gym for the 6:30 p.m. competition class training, and on Saturdays we will be heading out to their location in Long Beach California for a 11:00 a.m. training session.
Please make sure to join us weekly for these important training sessions as the whole Brazilian Top Team family looks forward to performing well in 2011.
